Repair Works for 14 Nos. Caterpillar 800 kVA Prime Rated Generators in Gas Processing Field

This project covers the provision of specialized services for diesel engines across various operational sites in Onshore field. The agreement ensures that diesel engines remain in optimal working condition through technical support, troubleshooting, repairing, refurbishment, and overhauling on a call-off basis.

Key Services Covered Servicing of Electric Starter motor.

• Replacement of Oil filters, Fuel Filters and filters.
• Complete new fabrication of fuel line hose. Replacement of charging dynamo & Speed control Governor Card.
• Complete electrical troubleshooting of wiring harness, rectifying minor issues, replacing new conduits and CT & Relays.
• Installation, testing and commissioning of new Synchronization controller panel with DSE 8610 (includes fuses, terminals and relays).
