Semi-Comprehensive Annual Maintenance for 300+ Uninterrupted Power Systems (UPS)

The purpose of this project is to provide comprehensive maintenance services for Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems to ensure reliable power backup, minimize downtime, and extend system lifespan. The maintenance activities will include preventive, corrective, and emergency services to maintain operational efficiency and compliance with industry standards.

Scope of Work:

• Preventive Maintenance (PM), System Testing & Monitoring, Corrective Maintenance (CM), Emergency Support, 24/7 response to unexpected failures to ensure uninterrupted power.
• Immediate Fault Resolution, Backup Power, Fast-Track Parts Replacement.
• Battery Testing & Diagnostics, Battery Replacement Plan.
• Environmental Monitoring, Performance Optimization & Reporting.
• Load Balancing & Efficiency, Maintenance Reports, UPS System Health & Maintenance Reports, Incident Logs & Emergency Response Documentation.
• System Improvement & Upgrade Recommendations, Safety & Compliance.
• All maintenance work will comply with manufacturer specifications and international safety standards, including IEEE & IEC Electrical Standards, NFPA & OSHA Safety Regulations, ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 Guidelines.
